Lets see what I can do.  The first thing I did is creating a Git
repository on Salsa:

   https://salsa.debian.org/debian/s390-tools

Please let me know your Salsa login name if you have one.  If not
please create one.

Just let me know whether you are able to build a package from Git and
test it.  I imported the latest upstream version but I'm not able to
build or test this package sensibly.  (For those who want to point me to
the porter boxes:  Yes, I'm aware about this option, but the term
"sensibly" is refering to the fact that I think this task should be done
by someone who is comfortable with the architecture.)
