Well, before I describe in detail what to do I simply did in Git what
IMHO should be done - specifically setting the team as Maintainer.  I'm
not sure who wants to remain in Uploaders field, you can easily add
Paulo as well (which I would welcome to have two responsible members of
the team).

I also upgraded to latest upstream.

Remaining TODO list:

  - Verify my changes
  - Build and test the package, specifically with its rdepends openssl-ibmca
  - Just confirm all is working and I will sponsor your work to the
    Debian archive
