Version 0.8-10-2 of r-cran-raschsampler is restricted by
build-dependencies on architecture-is-64-bit and
architecture-is-little-endian

So I'm requesting that the binaries for arches that are no longer
built are removed from unstable, which will allow this package to
migrate to testing.

Thanks!
