Source: perl Version: 5.36.0-10 Severity: normal User: [email protected] Usertags: sparc64 X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected] Hello! src:perl currently fails to build from source on sparc64 due to an alignment issue which results in two testsuite failures: Failed 2 tests out of 2623, 99.92% okay. re/reg_mesg.t re/regex_sets.t This alignment issue has already been fixed upstream [1] and has also been backported to Perl 5.36.1. Thus, in order to fix this bug, it's enough to update the perl package to 5.36.1 or newer. Thanks, Adrian > [1] https://github.com/Perl/perl5/commit/89d80cc9efb3eefc31aa62b32c9e745f8de6412f -- .''`.
