debian12 on Ultra10

hi,
   I have a SUN Ultra10, a few years ago I installed debian9 on a disk.
now I tried to install debian12 on another disk

in debian9 Xorg works OK
but in debian12, when I start X, I view desktop(fluxbox) but system freeze, I 
have to poweroff


what do you suggest I try?
