VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] 3D Rage Pro 
PCI (rev 5c)

and installed package:
xserver-xorg-video-ati 1:22.0.0-1 

and Kernel driver in use: atyfb
