I had similar results, with both kernels: linux-image-6.12.38+1-sparc64-smp_6.12.38-1+sparc64_sparc64.deb and linux-image-6.12+unreleased-sparc64-smp_6.12.43-1+nothp1_sparc64.deb >> Sorry, but this is not a good one. We've got multiple reports now of machines that became stable > after that. I did that, and it helps sometimes. But it's really unpredictable, sometimes the machine won't boot at all even after leaving the power off for several minutes. But even with this workaround, I often got to the point where the system would crash quickly after starting to do something serious (like apt upgrade).
