debian on sun ultra10

hi,
   yesterday I found hardware errors on my HD on Sun Ultra10, 
I installed on that PC some years ago debian 9 and it worked well

I bought another HD to re-install it

which iso "...sparc64-NETINST-1.iso" do you suggest me to use for 
installation ?


p.s.
I have 640MB RAM
