You're worrying about confusing novice users? That's maybe getting a bit
ahead -- I think the key issue ATM is creating a system that works at
all! Once we've got a fully working dpkg and a decent set of packages...
*then* we can worry about how best to deliver it to others.

But yes, I think you're right that the Cygwin installer will lead to
conflicts and confusion. We probably want a separate installer. It
doesn't need to do much -- install the Cygwin dll, create filesystem,
install dpkg, apt-get base packages, etc. No doubt a few other things
too, but it shouldn't be a big deal.
