Seems pretty clear to me :)

Description: File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
Implies: topic, internet
 Programs and tools for file transfer via FTP.

Guess this depends on if the browser also supports uploads (transfer being both
sending and receiving). Still, having a longer description wouldn't hurt for
categories that are less clear.

Seems to be quite a bit broader than the existing debtags vocabulary, lots of
overlap. Extends it with license, audience and devel status categories. In
retrospect, it's strange to want to categorize all packages from scratch when
you already have this lying around. How about dropping the current vocabulary
for the trove categories? Would be a pity of the work already done, but having
one 'standard' would be clearer...
