New tagcolledit

Hello, I've just uploaded a new version of tagcolledit to unstable. Besides some minor bug fixes and cosmetic updates, the tag selection now exploits the facet/namespace philosophy. You can load the attached faceted_db file with it to test the new querying system. I'm loving it! :) Erich: please have a look, and if there are no major issues or technical problems with the package browser, I propose to bring this last database online.
