New proposed Tags

I'm maintaining sork-passwd, an application in the Horde framework,
and I'm unsure how to tag it. Its sole role is to allow people to
change their password via a web interface. Is it "security"?

The Horde framework is most often used to run IMP, a webmail solution,
but it can also be used to run:

 - a CVS web interface
 - a web interface to an address book (okay, that's webmail-related)
 - calendaring
 - web interface file manager
 - time tracking
 - more generic portal
 - notes
 - task list
 - presentations
 - chat
 - bookmarks
 - NNTP
 - ticket-tracking
