request for new namespace: audience

Hi,

While tagging a package, I found there is no such namespace as
"audience" (some other, better name could be used), for the intended
audience for the package, and the level of computer experience assumed.

Audiences could be:

starters   - computer juniors
developers - skilled software developers
admins     - skilled system administrators

What do you think?  Could you implement this in the
http://debian.vitavonni.de/packagebrowser/ interface?

Thanks a lot for working on the Package Tags system!  It's a really cool
thing.
