The process of booting from a CD and a flash drive are different. The
flash drives works like a Hard Drive, and you can actually just install
directly to it. The only problem is that if you plug the Flash drive
install into another USB port where the drive letter is different it
won't boot, nor will it be using Live mode so it won't work on other
computers.....this is where syslinux comes into the picture. You'll
need to use syslinux, which works as any other boot loader except it
lets it boot no matter what the drive letter is. <a

USB-CD ROM as /dev/scd0 which is a symlink to /dev/sr0.<br>
