Hi Mark, very good shot. I tried a Nvidia GeForce FX5600 instead my old Ti200 with the same buggy results. 0000:01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV31 [GeForce FX 5600] (rev a1) (prog-if 00 [VGA]) Additional I tried it on a fujitsu-siemens lifebook e-4010 0000:00:02.1 Display controller: Intel Corp. 82852/855GM Integrated Graphics Device (rev 02) And as you guessed, all is fine on the lifebook. However, if I boot from HD instead of CD its working with nvidia too. Any new ideas? :) christian On Mon, 2004-06-28 at 19:25, Mark Clarkson wrote: > Hi christian, > Just had a thought - maybe you could beg, steal or borrow a different > graphics card (with a completely different chipset), and try that. > Would be useful I think. > > Cheers > Mark. > > _______________________________________________ > Bootcd-user mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/bootcd-user
