non_us in testing/unstable jigdo's

Looking at the jigdo files available for testing and unstable, I notice 
that there are no non_us cd jigdo files.  As a U.S. distributer, I need 
to avoid any non_us debs. Are there any in those images?

Also, I was wondering how other vendors go about distributing 
testing/unstable cd's.
