我们将于 2026 年 10 月 24 日在中国科学院软件研究所举办 MiniDebConf 北京
2026。

参会报名现已开放。您可以使用 Salsa 账号注册并登录会议网站[1]；如您没有
Salsa 账号，也可以使用邮箱注册并登录。登录后，请点击 "Register"
并完成会议注册。

参会报名截止日期为 10 月 18 日（星期日）；届时未完成报名将无法参会。我们
不接受现场报名。由于政策限制，本次活动可能无法保证来自中国大陆以外的人士
参会。如您来自中国大陆以外的地区，请在报名前与我们联系。

本次活动的场地方慷慨地为参会者提供了午餐。如您需要用餐，请在报名时勾选
"I would like to have the conference-arranged meals"。请注意，会议午餐
可能无法满足特殊饮食需求。

议程征集也已启动，议程分为短议程（20 分钟）和长议程（50 分钟）。关于征集
的主题、类型和范围、提交方式等详细信息，请您参阅议程征集 CfP 页面[2]。议
程征集截止日期为 10 月 11 日（星期日）。提交议程后，另请在 10 月 18 日
（星期日）前，向我们发送演示文稿与演讲大纲。

除此以外，我们还准备了闪电演讲环节，其中每个话题 5 分钟。请尽早在 wiki[3]
上注册您的闪电演讲。

Hi,

We're pleased to announce MiniDebConf Beijing 2026! This MiniDebConf
will be a one-day event on October 24, 2026, at ISCAS.

When: 10:00 to 18:00, October 24, 2026
Where: Lecture Hall, 4th Floor, Building 5, ISCAS, No. 4 South Fourth
Street, Zhong Guan Cun, Haidian, Beijing

Registration is now open. You can login to the website[1] with your
Salsa account. If you don't have a Salsa account, you may sign up and
login with your email. After logging in, please make sure you complete
the registartion process.

The registration deadline is October 18 (Sunday). We could not accept
late or on-site registration. Due to regulations, we may not be able to
guarantee attendance for those from outside mainland China. If you're
not from mainland China, please contact us before registering.

The venue partner for this event has generously offered complimentary
lunch for participants. Please don't forget to tick the checkbox upon
registration, if you'd like the lunch. Please note that we may not be
able to accommodate special dietary needs.

The Call for Proposals has also begun. We have short sessions (20min)
and long sessions (50min). Please refer to the CfP page on our
website[2] for more details regarding topics and the timeline. The
deadline for submissions is October 11 (Sunday). After submitting your
proposal, please also send us your slides and agenda before October 18
(Sunday).

We also have lightning talks! Each lightning talk has 5 minutes. Please
register your lightning talk on the wiki[3].

MiniDebConf Beijing 2026 is run on a non-profit basis, and all the
organizers work as volunteers without compensation. However, hosting a
MiniDebConf still costs. If your organization is interested in
sponsoring this event, please contact us.
