As there don't seem to be any reason against the date, I am going to
fix the 22-25 February date with the location.

I'm also preparing a page on
https://wiki.debian.org/DebianEvents/it/2018/SnowCamp and then an
announcement will follow; can I use dsc2016 as the mailing list and
#SunCamp as the IRC channel or do you think it's better to create new
ones?
