Questions: Debian 13 - Release Party

Hi there,

my Name ist René Michael Kopeinig. I am the club chairperson of the 
"Carinthian Linux Day" - club and we want to organize a Debian 13 
release party. And therefore I have some questions regarding such a party.

* Are there things to consider for such parties?

* Do you know the time when Debian will be released to plan such a party 
accordingly? Would the start with 4 p.m. (GMT+2) be okay?

* Do you have flyers and stickers you could provide for such an occasion?

* Is serving alcohol at such a party okay for the Debian Project (e.g., 
beer)?
