comment compiler FLTK (1.4.5 ou git) pour Linux en bibliothèque partagée deboguable?

Bonjour

Je n'arrive pas à comprendre comment compiler FLTK (bibliothèque
graphique libre en C++ sur https://www.fltk.org/ sa version 1.4.5 ou
son snapshot sur git) pour obtenir une bibliothèque partagée (shared
library), deboguable (avec les informations DWARF de debugging), et un
peu optimisée

J'utilise un GCC 16.2 (et sais le compiler si besoin depuis son code
source)

Les compilateurs récents (après 2023) GCC ou Clang acceptent en effet
simultanément les options -O et -g

la librarie FLTK packagée sous debian/trixie ou ubuntu 26 est ancienne
(version 1.3) et sans information de deboguage.

merci de vos lumières (je connais très mal cmake ou meson)
