Chromium und Brave nach Neuinstallierung defekt

Hallo Liste,
nach einer Neuinstallierung von Deb.13 hab ich jetzt das Problem das ich 
wenn ich Chromium und/oder Brave öffne bei beiden keine Funktion mehr habe.
Genauer erklärt. Die beiden öffnen sich zwar, aber ich kann die Tabs 
nicht öffnen, auch die Einstellungen sind grau und öffnen sich nicht. 
Das sonderbare ist z.B. wenn ich auf einen Tab klicke der ein YouTube 
Video enthält oder von einer Radio Web-Seite, so spielt der Ton ab, aber 
Bild kommt keins. Alles bleibt weiß.
Versucht hab ich z.B. schon einiges was kurz mal geht, aber nicht für immer.

Auch das hilft nix:

     Type chrome://flags in the address bar.
     Search for and Click Enable under Override software rendering list.
     Restart your browser.

Genau so wenig wie das:
$ /usr/bin/chromium %U --disable-gpu
Bei dem öffnet sich zwar Chromium und man kann damit alles machen, aber 
nur solange es offen ist, bei einem Neustart von Chromium ist alles beim 
alten.
