Leider nicht hier, ich hab das 32-bit Zeugs installiert, ohne 
Fehlermeldungen.

Aber wenn ich winecfg aufrufe erhalte ich: $ winecfg
wine: could not load kernel32.dll, status c0000135

Danach habe ich gefunden das dies helfen sollte:

tester1@debian:~$ export WINEPATH=$HOME/myapp

tester1@debian:~$ mv ~/.config/fontconfig ~/.config/fontconfig_
tester1@debian:~$ export WINEPATH=$HOME/myapp
tester1@debian:~$ wineboot --init
tester1@debian:~$ 0148:err:rpc:I_RpcReceive we got fault packet with 
status 0x1c010003


tester1@debian:~$ wineboot --init
