It seems Henrique et Sven are right, it is a MTRJ connector.

The 3c17701/4924 has a 4 port module which is called

    3c17710     SuperStack 3 Switch 4900 1000Base-SX Module

and the 3c17203/4400 and 3c17206/4400SE use the 

    3c17221     SuperStack 3 Switch 1000Base-SX Module
