WaveLAN Portal Software

Hello *,

I like to give to some  friends  access  to  my  Mailserver  (they  have
accounts here) but  if  they  wan  to  surf  the  Internet  they  should
authenticate over Web-Portal.

Has someone such Web-Portal installed and can recommend me one? 

The Software I am using currently is unmaintained since  some  time  now
and does not work under Squeeze and ARMEL.

Is there a possibility to use SQUID and limit  the  size  of  downloaded
files to e.g. 200 kByte?

Because there  is  only  a  limited  number  of  clients,  I  need  only
authtication against a password file since I do not like  to  install  a
database on a ARM9 with 300MHz.
