ci sono varie fasi di freeze.
Però quando la testing entra in freeze potrebbero essere tolti dei
pacchetti temporaneamente e quindi fare un'installazione in tale
periodo potrebbe non essere l'ideale perché potresti non riuscire
ad installare quanto vuoi.

Inoltre, se non ricordo male, da un certo punto anche Sid sarà
impattata perché non si potranno caricare nuovi pacchetti neanche
qui.
