[OT] Rilasciata la versione stable 1.0 di GNU Taler

visto che se ne era parlato tempo fa, ho visto che è stata rilasciata la
versione 1.0 stable di GNU Taler[¹] (sistema di pagamento anonimo).
Per ora il sistema è attivo in Svizzera per pagamenti in franchi.
