ma stai usando davvero tanto swap 13 GB di swap, quando hai quasi
altrettanta RAM non usata.

Io agirei sullo swappiness

Comunque avere processi che occupano 23 GB di RAM/swap mi sembra
davvero eccessivo.

io invece ho ottenuto buoni risultati anche su programmi che per vari
motivi andavano ad usare troppa CPU in alcuni casi rendendo il sistema
inusabile.
