Hi Victory and Japanese team

As you can see in the Changelog, the japanese patch has needed to be slightly 
modified. I think this was caused by the package building system, but I can 
not be sure at all since I do not understand a single kanji.

Please double check the ja.po file in the uploaded package 1.1r1-9 and submit 
a new po file if this one is not correct.
