Taskbar manual sorting bug

Hi,

Manual sorting in the taskbar is slightly broken (when you drag, it is
the item for the active window that gets dragged, rather than the one
you clicked on). Today I was annoyed enough with this bug, to do
something about it.

As might be expected, I found it already reported

According to the discussion on that bug, the fix for it is in Qt 6.8.2.
We still don't have that in Debian -- the place to check is
https://qa.debian.org/[email protected]
(search for qt6-* source packages)

Posted just in case anybody else is going to go to do the same search.
