Looks like this was replaced by qml6-module-qtqml package.

root# dpkg -S /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt6/qml/QtQml/libqmlplugin.so
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt6/qml/QtQml/Base/libqmlplugin.so
qml6-module-qtqml:amd64: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt6/qml/QtQml/libqmlplugin.so
qml6-module-qtqml-base:amd64:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt6/qml/QtQml/Base/libqmlplugin.so

Thus, I removed qml6-module-qtqml-base package.
