I am happy to open a bug report, do you have a suggestion what debugging

I don't get any error message. What I observed though:

- akonadiconsole has all folders
- kmail server subscription menu has also all folders and all of them are 
selected
- in kmail local subscriptions and kmail folder list some folders are missing

I only observed that some folders are missing, other than that, I also don't 
observe problems.
