My apologies;  It was not my intention to apportion blame in any way.

I realise that Wayland is a complex beast, the interactions between
Wayland and DEs/WMs are also complex, and eradicating issues takes time.

Time which is volunteered for free.  All people involved are to be
congratulated for their efforts.

Thanks for the link to the known issues page.  I shall read ASAP.
