Okular duplicates print scaling property setting

I'm running Debian/Trixie on my workstation and print server. Both are
AMD64 machines.

While I'm glad to see that Okular has restored the ability to set the
print scaling, I was having an awful time getting things to print
properly until I noticed that it actually has 2 places where you need to
set it. Otherwise, you get the default "shrink to fit / automatic" setting.

If you try to print something from Okular (e.g. a PDF that is already
set to the correct paper size), you need to select the printer you want
then got to the Properties | Advanced | Print Scaling and change the
setting from the default "Automatic" to "None".

But you're not done yet. Next you need to go to Options | Print Options
| Scale Mode and change it from "Fit to printable area" to "Fit to full
page". Otherwise your document will still not print properly.

I gather the first setting is common to the KDE print dialogue while the
latter is something that Okular has added to make up for the previous
lack of a way to turn off print scaling. However, now that KDE seems to
have recognized that "fit to print" is not something that everyone
always wants, Okular should adjust its dialogues to use the KDE
print-scaling selection. As it stands, it's just another impediment to
printing formatted documents.
