Flatpak apps with Plasma 6.5 on Wayland

Hi!

Flatpak apps need something like

% cat /etc/xdg/plasma-workspace/env/flatpak.sh 
eval `GIO_USE_VFS=local flatpak --print-updated-env`
export XDG_DATA_DIRS

on my system for them to be recognized by KRunner and Kickoff.
