Dolphin is not functional after 6.20.0 migration

This morning I had a large upgrade from 6.18 to 6.20 (thanks for the work).

However, I noticed several problems with directory management 
principally in dolphin but also digikam.

I hope just a rebuild will fix it.

For digikam it complains at start the photo directory is not there while 
it is but after the error it finds them correctly.
