Do you have any rescue cd/dvd?
Can you get into bios?
One thing, which might help, is to close the screen and open it several times.
It sounds like the connections between the screen, the keypad, etc might be bad.

Subject: Needs urgent help
Hello guys
I've got this HP Pavilion G6 computer laptop. Days back, tried to
power it ON but it's displaying a black screen and the Caps Lock key
is continuously blinking.
Please I need your help as regard this. Hope one cares to.
Thank you
