Secure Boot and Debian on Lenovo Legion Y720

On the Lenovo Legion Y720, does Secure Boot make Debian installation
difficult, and if it does, is it possible to disable Secure Boot or
otherwise get around it? I don't actually have a Y720, but I'd like to
buy one when I have the money, and I want to know about any issues and
their solutions ahead of time.
