ftp.ir.debian.org is not up to date or may be abusing debian packages!

Hi,

I tried to download from ftp.ir.debian.org and I deal with this error:

I changed the /etc/apt/sources.list to "mirror.xamin.ir" and execute
apt-get update, then I tried again to download my packages and I don't have
an any issue.
