Up to date mirror status

Hi all,

The mirror status page at http://mirror.debian.org/status.html has not been updated since Jul 1 2015. Is this still the right place to check mirror status?

I was also wondering whether the status files in http://mirror.debian.org/report/bymirror/ are a proper indication of mirror status, because most of the mirrors in our vicinity (including our upstream ftp.nl.debian.org) are currently in a disabled state.

We are seeing failing installations with 'Bad mirror archive’ errors, and are trying to trace the cause.
