Spanish mirrors with rsync (was Problems mirroring archive)

Hi,

trying to make a new mirror using rsync I have found that:

ulises.hostalia.com is down
softlibre.unizar.es is down

Also, ftp.gul.uc3m.es using the same script put a folder mirror/debian inside 
my destination folder.

Some of you have noticed that?
