I have noticed that ftp.cl.debian.org is absent from most mirror related
pages, like

 https://www.debian.org/mirror/list
 https://www.debian.org/mirror/list-full
 https://www.debian.org/mirror/official

but still visible in packages.debian.org in the download area.

ftp.cl.debian.org seems to be accessible via http and rsync, but not ftp.

Is there a reason why ftp.cl.debian.org is not listed as an official
Debian mirror anymore?
