Hi,

it seems your mirror is configured with the hostname "debian.debian"
instead of the publicly visible "debian.hostiran.ir".

You can edit the ftpsync configuration (etc/ftpsync.conf). The
MIRRORNAME variable should be set to "debian.hostiran.ir".
