Is it possible to set a SRV record on ftp.cn.debian.org to point it to
mirrors.ustc.edu.cn?
According the regulation in China, we can't serve *.debian.org when
accessing from browser, but it's OK to serve contents with our own
domain. So here I ask to set SRV record.
