Missing ftp.tw.debian.org in https://www.debian.org/mirror/list.en.html

Dear list,
There is no ftp.tw.debian.org in the list on 
https://www.debian.org/mirror/list.en.html
Now it's actually using the same one as ftp.hk.debian.org (45.125.0.6):

For local users in Taiwan, there are some secondary mirrors, and one of 
them, NCHC [1] has the enough bandwidth (100 Gbps backbone) [2] and has 
maintained the mirror of Debian for more than a decade [3]. How can we 
make ftp.tw.debian.org use the one in NCHC or anyone in Taiwan instead 
of that in HK?
