Very thanks for your response, about issues in keeping up-to-date, in recent days there are some major problem in DC and will be resolved in days. 
I know we are in the secondary list, I meant why aren’t we included in the primary list anymore.
And about the our DNS, I think there is no problem, can you please tell me the exact problem? You can check our DNS health here: https://intodns.com/asis.io

It already is, however it seems to have issues keeping up-to-date  
reliably -- see  
https://mirror-master.debian.org/status/mirror-info/debian.asis.io.html

No, asis.io's DNS is sufficiently broken that we prefer not to do that.
