move to ftpsync in buster

Hello,

now that buster is out carrying ftpsync package, I am thinking about using
it.

However, it seems that it's very different from what I have installed, and I
would like to avoid making a mistake moving to this script.

what are the differencies?

seems ~/etc ws replaced by ~/.config/ftpsync
anything other to take care of?
