ftp.bg.d.o mirror

Hello,

I'm the current maintainer of Bulgarian mirror debian.mobiltel.bg.

At the moment ftp.bg.d.o is CNAME for debian.mobiltel.bg, but due to 
company rebranding there is a new hostname for the machine -- 
debian.a1.bg. At the moment the machine is accessible via both 
hostnames, but at some point in the next couple of months the old one 
(debian.mobiltel.bg) is going to be retired.

I'd like to request:
- change of ftp.bg.d.o CNAME to debian.a1.bg
- change the name in the official mirror list from debian.mobiltel.bg to 
debian.a1.bg
