Hello,

Looking at the mirror list [1] there is an issue concerning the aliases
for Monaco and New Caledonia:
 - ftp.nc.debian.org is listed as an alias for Monaco mirrors
 - this alias is actually the one for New Caledonia and effectively
   points to a mirror in New Caledonia
 - there is no alias listed for New Caledonia
 - there is currently no alias for Monaco

I think someone made a mistake between mc (Monaco) and nc (New Caledonia) which
created this trouble.
