#1024323 is about a mirror, that went down due to a hardware problem and 
was removed from the list. After rebuilding the mirror, we've submitted 
it to be added again. This used to be the ftp.bg.d.o, the oldest mirror 
here.

#1029065 is about the wrong cname of ftp.bg.d.o as it is currently to 
kleker, I have another mirror, that is ready to accept that role.

Apart from the bugs, I've written a couple of mails through the months 
and I'm a bit surprised from the total lack of any response -- I've been 
maintaining Debian mirrors for around 18 years and the communication has 
always been without a glitch.
