debian mirrors reliability

Hi All,

i observed a very unusual period of downtime/unavailability yesterday with
one of the mirrors:
https://cloud.debian.org/images/cloud/bookworm/daily/latest/debian-12-generic-amd64-daily.qcow2

It basically kept timing out and wouldn't start the download. i attempted
this from 3 different Geographical locations (California, Finland, and
multiple Microsoft Azure datacenters). I also reported this on reddit and
got confirmation of the issue from others as well:

Are there any known issues with the Debian mirrors?
